We offer personalised services for those who can afford it! Duane Mitchell will travel anywhere in the world to optimise motorcycle injection systems for motorcycle manufacturers, exhaust system manufacturers, race teams, and others. He is also an experienced speaker with communication skills in English and Italian languages. He has done work for numerous manufacturers, importers, and Superbike and Supersport race teams over the last ten years.

Dyno Tuning

We offer comprehensive injection tuning and training on all dyno types, including Dynojet acceleration types and Engine and Chassis Brake dynos. Our Diagnostic tools allow rapid optimisation of fuel maps in 1 to 3 hours depending upon application. We can produce custom eproms and Engine Manager maps for specific exhausts or motorcycles.

Track Testing & Data Logging

We offer Track or Road testing using our Data Loggers and Lambda Meters. We can simultaneously log 2 to 4 cylinders of exhaust mixture, along with Engine speed, road speed, throttle position, temperatures and pressures, and suspension positions. We can produce corrected EPROM maps or UltiMap Engine Manager maps in minutes from these data logs, and by a process of gradual and progressive correction, produce fully optimised injection maps in 2 to 4 hours.

Custom EPROMs for modified engines

Although we only offer UltiMaps for bikes we have tested in-house, we can supply custom-tuned EPROMs to suit your engine, if you can perform the testing for us. This involves dynos and gas analysers, and is not for the faint-hearted. For more information, Click Here.
