Our products fall into two main categories: We manufacture a range of products for use with both Fuel Injected, and normally carbureted, motorcycles. We have re-mapped many Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Laverda, Aprilia, and BMW models for after-market exhausts, offering a major improvement in mid-range response, and a small benefit in top-end power. We also supply some items which are manufactured by other companies, but the majority of our products are made in-house.


Re-mapped Engine Management products

Injection computers are either fixed and preset, or fitted with replaceable EPROM memory chips. We cater for both types of Engine Computer with three ranges of re-mapping products: UltiMap U59 Engine ECUs, UltiMap EPROM chips, or UltiMap FlashLoads.

UltiMap® U59 Engine ECU

We've now been selling our U59 ECU for 4 years and we cover most current model Ducatis. These models include: The G2 (Generation 2) U59 carries the CAN bus technology used on the 999/749 models to operate the dash, but does not yet work with the idle stepper-motor models (Multistrada) or those with a fuel guage on the dash (Multistrada, ST3, ST4S 04).

We have started testing on 999S and R models and will finalise these maps soon.

Test Results with U59 ECU

A 2002 model ST4S had slipon mufflers fitted, and then the cams were dialled to factory spec. The throttle position and idle air bleeds were all set to factory settings, and a base run performed with the stock ECU. We then mapped our ECU for optimum performance with the airbox lid both on and off. We now have 2 maps to suit these configurations.

With the standard airbox our U59 ECU delivered an extra 7 HP at 7400 RPM, and from 3 to 6 HP from 4000 to 10,600 RPM !

With the Airbox lid removed our U59 ECU delivered an extra 11HP at 7400 RPM, and from 6 to 10 HP from 5000 to 10000 RPM.

This is not to mention the extra 600 revs available at the top (fully programmable rev limit).

UltiMap Engine Management Chips

We've constantly updated and revised our eprom products, and now we have UltiMap eproms for Ducati, Guzzi, Aprilia, BMW, and Laverda.

These chips now have separate fuel maps for each cylinder, vastly improving mid-range smoothness and response, while still delivering the best available top-end from a given engine/exhaust combination.

We supply a chip puller and instructions with every chip, all in a specially designed crush-proof package which will mail-order safely.

UltiMap FlashLoads for Ducati 900ss & Guzzi V11 Sport

Now your dealer can download our UltiMap tunes into the Weber 1.5M ECU. This is used on Ducati 900ss, 750ss, Monster 900ie, and Guzzi V11 Sport, Cali, and Quota models. Our maps offer similar improvement to the Ultimap Eproms for older ECU types, but with these added benefits:

This program works in the following way: The PC is connected to the bike's ECU via a hardware key and the bike's diagnostic 3-pin connector. The hardware key plugged into the back of the PC allows downloads when a one-off security code is entered. These codes can be purchased either one at a time, or in larger quantities, allowing the dealer to download the latest maps from our website, and then program these into customer bikes. The money-back guarantee is still possible, because if the customer is not happy then the dealer can re-load the original map into the ECU, and the one-off code is re-credited. Each hardware key is supplied with 100 access codes, so the dealer need only buy the Flashload software once, and then have access to up to 100 downloads into customer bikes.

The maps themselves are independant of the download access code, so the dealer can access the latest maps without needing to re-stock the product, which is the case for our UltiMap Eproms.

Some people don't seem to believe that we have actually done this, believe me we have!! These computers are extremely difficult to crack, but don't forget we've been at it for ten years now.

Diagnostic Products

These are products specifically designed for Weber-Marelli Fuel injection systems (as used on Ducati, Guzzi, Bimota, Laverda, and Harley Davidson) We no longer manufacture our Compact Data Recorders, or other products for non- Weber injection.

Hand Held Terminal

This product has been discontinued, as we now make a PC diagnostics package which offers greater flexibility. A picture of the HHT is shown, just so you know we made them for 12 years !.














UltiMap Diagnostics for Weber injection Win 95/98/Me

We have released our new diagnostic package for Win95/98 /Me which performs a multitude of functions:

This suite also includes the M15 Mapper program which allows you total control of the maps you download in to the 900ss type ECUs. You can control every point of the fuel and sparkmap, and change the rev limiet to wherever you like.
















UltiMap Diagnostics Lite for Weber injection Win 95/98/Me/XP

We also have the 'Lite' Version of the above software, which includes ALL functions except the capability to flashload Weber 1.5M ECUs (900ss etc.) . This version DOES program the U59 ECU, adn runs on Windows XP. It uses a COM port ( 9 pin serial plug) instead of the LPT (printer) port used by the full version of the program.

The Lite program also includes the Mapper programs, as per the above full version.


















Exhaust Lambda Meter (Air-Fuel Ratio)


CorseTec Dual Channel Lambda Meter - we now stock a 2 channel meter with panel front LED display of air-fuel ratio, automatic power switching to Lambda probe heaters, and dual analog output for use with our Compact Data Logger. This unit also automatically tracks exhaust temperature to provide a reliable reading at all temperatures. This meter is highly recommended.








Additional Memory Board


Easily installed in the Weber P7 (pre-1993) computer. All changes made with the terminal are now permanently stored, and extra functions are available. No more EPROM programming! Up to five fuel maps may be used with instant recall from one map to another.

Note - Weber P8 and 1.6M ECUs (1993 and later) have permanent internal memory which stores fuel mapping changes made with the Hand-Held Terminal, so no Additional Memory Board is required!
